Visuals

I love making visuals. From 8bit to any bit, I don't care. No I am not an artist but I can make things work.
I am a developer that gets excited of well delivered graphics in a program.

Code for living

Writing code professional is what I do for 15 years. I did all kinds of types, backend (php, perl) front-end as design slicer, just make the html/css
The last 10 years I do mainly frontend since I like making interactions and visuals. Still on a regular basis I do some backend work in NodeJS.

Code for fun

I program on retro computers, mostly Amiga 500/1200 or some little C64. I do it since for me it all started there.
Also, its fun to work with little memory, cpu power and features. Its all primitive. It challenges you to think different.

Who am I?
and what am I doing?

I am a software programmer, I deliver software from the time that 6 Mhz was a fast computer. Yes I am that old-skool.
On the day I program most of the time in javascript or typescript but in the evening so now a days I go back to where it all begon.

Desire Member

I am a member of the demo group called "Desire" in short DSR. Since the early nineties I produced some demo's and intro's

Out of the box thinking

I try to think out of the box. I do like standards, but when working on a 6mhz (Amiga 500) or 1mhz (Commodore 64) then you have to becrative with your cpu-cycles
